What it does

Bills tracks what you owe to suppliers. Each bill records line items, taxes, due dates, and payment status. You can record full or partial payments and see all outstanding payables at a glance.

Key actions

  • Create bills with line items, categories, and tax rates
  • Record partial or full payments against bills
  • Duplicate bills for recurring suppliers
  • Mark bills as received, paid, or cancelled
  • Print or download as PDF

Getting started

Go to Purchases > Bills in the sidebar. Click "New Bill", select a vendor, add line items, and save. Record payments as you make them to keep your payables up to date.
