What it does

The Cap Table (capitalisation table) shows who owns shares in your company, how many, and what percentage of the total. It tracks share issuances, transfers, and buybacks over time.

Go to Company Secretary > Cap Table. Set up your share classes, add shareholders, and record share transactions to build your ownership history.
