What it does

CRM Contacts is a dedicated contact manager for your sales team. It stores lead and prospect information separately from your accounting contacts, with fields for lead source, status, and communication history.

Getting started

Go to CRM > Contacts. Add your leads and prospects here. When a lead converts, promote them to a deal or create an accounting contact.
