POS Sessions

What it does

POS Sessions track a cashier's shift from open to close. Each session records the opening float, all orders processed, and the closing balance. This makes end-of-day reconciliation straightforward.

• Open sessions with an opening float amount
• Process orders within a session
• Close sessions and reconcile the cash drawer
• View session summaries and transaction lists

Getting started

Go to POS > Sessions and open a new session on your terminal. Process orders during the shift, then close the session and enter the actual cash count.
