What it does

Items is your product and service catalogue. Each item has a name, price, tax rate, and category. Items can be used on invoices, bills, purchase orders, and POS transactions. Tracked items maintain stock levels.

  • Create products and services with prices and tax rates
  • Assign items to categories
  • Enable stock tracking per item
  • Duplicate items and manage in bulk
  • Enable or disable items

Getting started

Go to Items in the sidebar. Click "New Item", enter the name, sale and purchase prices, and select a tax rate. Save and the item is available across all documents.
