Sales Orders

What it does

Sales Orders record confirmed orders from customers before you generate an invoice. They help you track what has been ordered, what is being fulfilled, and what needs invoicing.

Key actions

• Create sales orders with line items and delivery dates
• Convert sales orders into invoices
• Update order status (draft, confirmed, fulfilled)
• Send order confirmations to customers
• Print or duplicate orders

Getting started

Go to Sales > Sales Orders in the sidebar. Create a new order, add items, and confirm it. When ready, convert it into an invoice with a single click.
