What it does

Purchase Orders let you formally request goods or services from suppliers. They track what you have ordered, from whom, and at what price. Once received, purchase orders convert into bills with one click.

  • Create purchase orders with line items and delivery dates
  • Send purchase orders to suppliers by email
  • Convert received orders into bills
  • Update order status and track fulfilment
  • Print or duplicate orders

Getting started

Go to Purchases > Purchase Orders. Create a new order, add items and the supplier, then send it. When goods arrive, convert it into a bill.
