Recurring Bills automatically generate bills for regular expenses like rent, subscriptions, or retainer fees. Each recurrence creates a new bill, helping you stay on top of predictable costs.

- Set up recurring schedules (weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom)
- Pause and resume schedules as needed
- Run a schedule immediately to generate the next bill
- Duplicate recurring bill templates
Getting started
Go to Purchases > Bills and click "Recurring" in the top tabs. Create a new recurring bill, set the vendor and frequency, then activate the schedule.
