Tax Summary

What it does

The Tax Summary aggregates all tax collected on sales and tax paid on purchases. It shows the net amount you owe (or are owed) by tax rate, helping you prepare your VAT or sales tax returns.

Key actions

• View tax collected and paid by rate
• Filter by date range or tax period
• See the net VAT position (amount due or refundable)
• Export the summary for your accountant

Getting started

Go to Reports > Tax Summary. Select the period matching your VAT quarter or filing period.
