Item Groups

What it does

Item Groups (categories) let you organise your products and services into logical groups. This makes it easier to find items, filter reports, and manage pricing across related products.

Key actions

• Create item categories and subcategories
• Assign items to categories
• Edit and delete categories
• Filter items and reports by category

Getting started

Go to Items and click "Categories" in the top tabs. Create your category structure, then assign items when creating or editing them.
