Share Classes

What it does

Share Classes define the types of shares your company issues — typically Ordinary, Preference, or custom classes. Each class has its own nominal value, voting rights, and dividend entitlements.

Key actions

• Create share classes (Ordinary, Preference, etc.)
• Set nominal value and voting rights
• Define dividend and liquidation preferences
• Edit and delete share classes

Getting started

Go to Company Secretary > Cap Table > Share Classes. Create your share classes before recording any share transactions.
