Trial Balance

What it does

The Trial Balance shows every account and its current debit or credit balance. It verifies that total debits equal total credits across your entire ledger, which is fundamental to double-entry bookkeeping.

• View all accounts with their debit and credit balances
• Filter by date range or period
• Drill into any account to see its transactions
• Export as PDF or Excel

Getting started

Go to Reports > Trial Balance. Select a date range and the report generates instantly. If debits and credits do not match, investigate the difference.
